SHIPPING POLICY :

The Shipping Policy formulated by Bengalhome.in is based on considerations, keeping in mind the benefit of the customers, with good intent. The shipping of products will be mainly through reliable and recognized courier services & by Government of India Speed Post ( in exceptional cases ). However, since the execution largely depends on third party courier services, meaning the vendor party, delivery time, insurance of items, safety of original packing, right delivery and any other considerations which are not mentioned herein, will be completely determined by the terms and considerations of the vendor party. Bengalhome.in is no way responsible for it, nor can it be sued for any damages, pertaining to the above.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES :

Bengalhome.in offers reliable shipping to all cities across India and outside India except certain remote areas where reliable courier doesn’t provide its services.

  1. Domestic & International Orders, except Bulk Orders, would be processed within 24 hours (Except Sundays/Holidays)
  2. Product delivery time in India, will depend on the courier service so selected. Normally, the delivery of consignment takes anything between 3-7 working days, depending on the location and the availability of direct flight. International delivery will depend purely on location.
  3. The Airway number/docket number would be sent through mail and you can also check the same in your ‘My Orders’ page. In case of non-availability of mail details, the tracking number cannot be sent.
  4. Shipping Charges are based on shipping destinations and quantity of units purchased. Please note that shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight.
  5. Priority order (within India) would be processed on the same day (except Sundays/Holidays) if the order is placed before 4.00PM IST and the next day if order is placed after 4.00PM IST.
  6. Any duty fees or related fees will be paid by Bengalhome.in upto the Indian border. All duty / taxes etc other than this, will have to be paid by the customer.
  7. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen and unavoidable time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
  8. If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as separate orders and provide different shipping address.
  9. Since the products are perishable in nature, we do not entertain any return shipping, unless there is a product complaint.
  10. Any transit insurance of products will be on chargeable basis and must be properly mentioned at the time of booking of the product.
